Don’t we all dream of tropical holidays in temperate climates where there is enough rain to keep the tropics tropical, but not so much that you can’t spend day after day enjoying the shade under beautiful palms? And when you want to go for a dip, it doesn’t matter if you want to go to the beach or if you prefer a pool, because you have both at your fingertips.

More importantly, because there is so much shade and moist ground, you find the temperature is degrees cooler, it may be hot out there, but in your own piece of paradise, it is idyllic and calming.

But on a day when you just want to relax, it is hard to go past a good book, that you can read without the backlight and can turn the pages with that crisp sound of paper, well, turning.

Yes! Of course, I’d love to tell you about this gorgeous home, where shall I start? We’ll start at the front. Well, my e-friend, from the street, you will immediately notice that there is some high class and very expensive homes, close to yours. Once you walk in towards the home, you will go through a large timber feature gate and will be transported into a parallel world of green and good taste in design.

There is a fully fenced courtyard to your right, with an outdoor lounge area ideal for r=entertaining and another sitting area beyond that, all resting on quality timber decking, with timber seating, surrounded on all sides by mature plants and palms. Once you enter the house through the double front door, you get the feeling of spaciousness and a highly evolved sense of taste in decor.

There is a lovely wall on your left with a number of niches and in each one, there is what appears to be a tribal bag of some description. To your right is the master suite which is exceptionally generous in size, it sits in what is essentially a pavilion, with much higher 8-foot ceilings, it boasts a 4 post bed and still has ample room to fit a side table, a sitting area with television, still lots of space.

There are 4 gorgeous timber bi-fold doors, that let in the cool air and sensational views of the glistening in-ground pool and surrounding garden canopy. The walk-in-robe is a good size, as is the lovely ensuite with twin basins, it has matching timber shutters and an enormous shower, perfect to share.

The rest of the home is equally impressive with a study to your right, followed by a living area which is also under a pavilion and has warm timber panelling on the ceiling, then at the rear of the home is the lounge room. To the left of the lounge is the dining room and beyond that, is the generous kitchen. To the right of the dining area, there are four large quality timber and glass bi-fold doors that open out to the alfresco outdoor dining area.

The alfresco looks out over the pool and a high-end BBQ with cabinetry either side of it, making the entire space feel opulent and relaxing (especially if you are not the one cooking)!. The pool is enormous and would be fabulous for family gatherings, large get-togethers and for swimming laps.

Then on the opposite side of the house behind the kitchen and alongside the living area are the Laundry, bathroom, as well as bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. From the front to the back of this beautiful home, you see quality finishings and refined style.
